Chime Care is an app platform that connects medical carers with people in need of these services, offering a very streamlined onboarding process and personalised support at every stage.
This is a collaborative project, I've been assigned design tasks after the work has been already started by my colleagues a few months before. When I started adding my contribution, we already had a rudimentary design system in place, so my first tasks were getting up to date with everything.
I helped expand and clean the design system with typography, colors and new components. Following daily calls I exchanged with the clients and my colleagues, I participated in design sprints in which I streamlined some of the existing flows, created new ones for both the patients and carers, and helped clean the many iterations of design files we had under work.
I'm only presenting here some of the screens that were my exclusive contribution, as to not minimise the work and results of my colleagues.
